Coastal Tsunami Refund Policy

Tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend a game may use the Turn Back feature by submitting their seats prior to the posted deadline. Eligible Turn Back seats will receive account credit toward a future game in accordance with team guidelines. Refunds are not issued for missed games or schedule changes. In special circumstances, requests may be reviewed by management on a case by case basis. If a game is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will provide details regarding available credit or replacement options. Refunds and Exchanges

Igniter Tickets Ltd. Provides ticket selling services directly to its clients. Unless otherwise indicated, ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangable. To inquire further about refund practices or to request a refund please Contact Us.

Replacement Tickets

For damaged or destroyed E-tickets, please reprint them by logging in to your account.

Rescheduled or Cancelled Events
